Well OK it was just on a treadmill in my hotel's gym. Yeah yeah I know.
I'm just so inspired to be perspiring here in the land of running champions and marathon legends.
Maybe I should try for 25 or even 40 minutes tomorrow!
Maybe not ... I gots work to do and it does not include nursing injuries. ;0)
