Comment: I am deeply saddened to learn of Mr. Means passing. May he rest in peace. And may his family and the Lakotah nation be comforted by his memory as he takes his place among their ancestors.
I was and remain a great admirer of his fiery militancy and no-nonsense confrontation with whiteness.
I had it in the back of my mind that we would meet one day but time has passed at least in this round.
