If you had a top ten list of political criminals to prosecute for war crimes against humanity who would be on it?

This post is in response to the FBI's listing of Assata Shakur on its most wanted terrorist list (see my previous post for context).

The following are the real and immediate terrorists I would prosecute for crimes against humanity before anyone else:
  1. George H. W. Bush (Daddy Bush)
  2. George W. Bush (Dubya)
  3. Tony Blair
  4. Donald Rumsfeld
  5. Dick Cheney
  6. Condileeza Rice
  7. Nicolas Sarkozy
  8. Barack Obama
  9. Hillary Clinton
  10. Susan Rice
You may recall that The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission found George W. Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney and their key advisors guilty of war crimes in a decision made public last year (May 11, 2012)

They were tried in absentia in what was a unique trial of consciousness even though it carried no real legal implications.

My list is obviously incomplete.  But I have limited myself to just ten and to a period that straddles the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan by the US and its allies.

On a more comprehensive list there are other notable war criminals who should be brought to book for crimes against humanity: Henry Kissinger and Benjamin Netanyahu would be the most immediate culprits on my expanded list.

What say you?

Onward!
